DA-SOFT Technologies Support Team is fully committed to offering fast and accurate technical support services each and every day. Whether you are a new user or a seasoned veteran, we are here to help you maximize the effective use of our products within your organization.

The Terms

Access to online and email support requires that the end user maintain a current support and subscription contract. We reserve the right to cease offering and providing (i) support at any time, (ii) product upgrades, (iii) support for prior Delphi releases.

 

Technical Support is provided online via the following methods:

The active subscription owners may contact the support team to get the product updates. For that please provide your license information (at least product name, registration name and registration email). We do not provide access to our version control system.

Online Support

The site license owners are also entitled to the support through instant messaging. We offer ICQ, MSN and Skype. For contact details, please contact to our support team. We do not provide phone support.

Message Boards
