Subscription Terms

Each DA-SOFT Technologies product has only single edition, which includes all source codes. All our products ship as a subscription with one year (365 days) of free upgrades.

First product subscription purchase includes product license:

• Single License - for 1 developer. Named license, may be used by a single person on any number of computers. Offers technical support on DA-SOFT Technologies forum and by EMail (reply within 24 hours).
• Site License - for an unlimited number of developers. Corporate license, may be used by all developers within the same organization on any number of computers. Offers standard technical support + IM/ICQ/etc support + faster EMail support (reply within 12 hours) + higher priority on considering implementation of feature requests.

After the subscription has expired, you can renew it and extend for 1 more year. You can renew your subscription at any time and add one more year, which will start at next day after the current or last subscription end date. For example:

• your subscription will expire at 1-May-2010. You renewed the subscription at 15-April-2010. The new subscription year will start at 2-May-2010.
• your subscription expired at 10-March-2010. You renewed the subscription at 1-July-2010. The new subscription year is started at 11-March-2010.

Payment Options

PayPal - no VAT will be charged, no volume discounts offering, no discount coupons processing. If you are eligible for a discount and prefer to use PayPal, then contact us first.

Share*It - VAT will be charged for EU customers except of those providing a VAT-ID, offers volume (4-5) discounts, processes discount coupons. Volume discount will be automatically calculated after specifying amount.

We also accept direct transfers to the bank account and Western Union transfers. For details, contact us first.

We prefer the payments through PayPal.

Instructions

3. If you choosed Share*It, then after your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your license key. If you choosed PayPal, then we will send you a license key at next step.
