Bugs are fixed.

- added: TADDataMove.OnError event handler
- fixed: few demo applications was broking
- fixed: incorrect AnsiString sorting possible
- fixed: after posting changes in dataset sorted by not unique index, current record was moved to the bottom
- fixed: AV's in DbExpress driver
- fixed: MSSQL: "invalid cursor state" if cursor has long values and record number is multiple of RowsetSize
- fixed: ASA 8: invalid length returning for zero length BLOB (thanks to Markus Duttig)
- fixed: incorrect "Cannot compare rows" error
