The main support place is the NCOCI8 forum. Please, use english language for postings into forum. It will be ideal for us, if you will include in your issue report the following information:

• Delphi version; 
• Oracle client and server versions;
• NCOCI8 version (see it in readme.txt file);
• simple demo project, that we can use to reproduce error.
