We offer ticket system for registered product users. You can find it on Support -> Tickets menu item.

The ticket system allows more carefully track customer incidents, including conversation with support team and current incident status. The ticket system is accessible to users who have ordered AnyDAC 1.x high priority technical support, AnyDAC 2.x commercial license or ThinDAC commercial license.
