OCI_INVALID_HANDLE - Please help!

Hi!
I've ran into the following problem - sometimes I get OCI_INVALID_HANDLE in my applications. After I get the error, I simply try to toggle Prepared to false and to true again and try to set Active = True. Sometimes this works, but sometimes this is not enough.
I'm using Delphi 5 and Oracle 10g.
How to get rid of this problem? Please, help!
