Problem in executing TociStoredProc

PLease Email me the code how to Create Parms at run time and give proc name.This proc is working fine with BDE and TstoredProc comp.When I execute I am getting this error at Prepare statement.'OCI_Error Ora-24328 : illegal attribute Value
