Hi !
Please verify:
1) that you have Oracle8 client software installed at your workstation;
2) that you have <ORACLE_HOME>Bin directory included into PATH;
3) if you have multiple Oracle homes on your PC, then verify, that appropriate Bin catalog is first in PATH;
4) that you have HKLMSoftwareOracle registry key. And it content is valid.
If you will have some problems with verification, then please export your HKLMSoftwareOracle and send it and value of your PATH variable to me. And i will try to solve your issue.
