NCOCI8 network connection problems

I tried to connect a client application located on a different machine than that with the database and application servers (using MTS automation object with NCOCI8 components which compose the application server and DCOM remote connection on the client side), but I always get the "NOE1/INIT - OCI not properly istalled on this machine" error message, even though Dmitry's components are installed on the client machine. What probably goes wrong?
