bug in russian resources ?

When I got error "Oracle Server Error" (in Russian) NOCI8 shows me the error form with "OCI_ERROR ORA-...." text. But there is not any "close" like button, only "detail" (in russian). So I have no chance to continue working with the program, I can only kill it.
