Following lines from readme.txt suggest
to use NCComp4.dpk for Delphi 3 NCOCI8-
Components.However VCL4 is required !
Use "FileOpen..." menu item of Delphi IDE to open consistently
NC OCI8 package SOURCENCOCI83.DPK. In "Package..." window click
"Install" button to register NC OCI8 Library components on the
"NCOCI8 DB" page.
Repeat this operation for COMPANIONNCNCComp4.dpk package. It
contains NCOCI8 companion components.
Any suggestions ?
