I think I found a bug.
When I use RecordCountMode=cmExactOnOpen, TOCIQuery does select Count() to calculate number of records in query. When doing this select it does not decode ¯os, defined in query text. Resulting error is ORA-00907 'Îòñóòñòâóåò ïðàâàÿ ñêîáêà'
