Big problem in Oracle Character Set

I Resolved the problem of char set in Oracle Client Environment ...
but i modified the oracle driver and found a lot of bugs ... (fixed it )
I think there are a lot of them... like Provider updates ... ( resolve to DataSet instead to Database ) ...
any way ... thanks Demitry you have do good.
RemObjects is good ... but for international you have to do an open source with licences ... Alot of companeis will buy it (like me) ... It's more powerfull for many reasonse..
if you have another way to Resolve Charset problem for oracle ... please descripe it
