The upcoming AnyDAC for Delphi v 5 will add support for Advantage Database. Advantage at first is the DBF-based DBMS, but offers far more than just DBF support. It is free but powerfull for local usage.

The AnyDAC for Delphi v 4.0.6.1678 has serious potentially breaking change in behaviour. It is about unification of named / positional parameters creation / binding across all supported DBMS's. Better now, than never.
